I've been working out with Tom for over two years. I started once a week x 30 minutes, and now I go twice a week for 30 minutes. I've tried several other senior fitness programs, but none have given me the results that working out with Tom has. I can run upstairs, lift and carry things I couldn't before. My balance is spot on. I'm proud that my upper arms aren't flabby anymore. I actually have muscles! I'm a 68-year-old woman, and if I can do it, you can too. Tom is consistently polite, encouraging, and understanding. I don't want to hurt myself in a gym, and Tom is a genius at arranging my workout, so nothing hurts - even the next day!
