Tom has helped my family with our training needs since 1996. He trained my son from the age of 8 until he left college on a division I athletic scholarship in wrestling. He trained my son twice a week every week for 10 years and i know that he was very instrumental in helping him achieve that goal. I was a middle aged woman battling with weight problems that had led to other health problems. I've been working out with Tom for over 2 years. I started once a week x 30 minutes and now I go twice a week for 30 minutes. I've tried several other senior fitness programs but none have given me the results that working out with Tom has. I can run upstairs, lift and carry things I couldn't before. My balance is spot on.
